that's too funny!
as a general rule, you will most likely go thru a little under a case a week (a case meaning the huge boxes you would buy @ sam's club or costco) we use pampers (they worked for everyone in our trio-you may find something else works for you!)
as a general rule you will feed them every four hours once they are home and you will find that if you change them prior to each feeding (the nicu will set your general schedule for you) that you will change them each time you feed them so calculate 1 diaper/child/feeding - so that's 5 times a day for feeding/changes-15 diapers daily-thats BASE minimum- you may have a few incidences where they dont make it that whole four hours- but on the whole thats the basic formula! 15 diapers/day * 7 days/week = 105 diapers per week! unfortunatly the amount of diapers that come per case changes the larger the kids grow!
you might want to go ahead & plan for those 15 bottles you will need if you end up bottle feeding- find a set that comes in three colors or three colors on the ring that makes up the lid and buy enough to last you the day- its easier if you make your bottles for the following day the night before! ironically you will find yourself being able to carry all 15 bottles at once from the counter to the fridge- its a balancing act but it can be done!!!!
have fun & good luck!
