hang in there! it wont feel good, but the reward is HUGE on this!!!!!! if you dont already have one, have someone bring you a good body pillow or two (you will want a pillow case for each-walmart has them-they will get icky)use them to prop your tummy and back when you are on your side-it really helps to have the extra support-you kind of would have to put them side by side, and shoot for getting in the middle of them to get the support close to right! also remember how important your water is! i know when i was 32 weeks, i was having trouble eating anything & when i did, keeping it down was difficult- had really bad reflux caused by my daughter snuggling up and curling into my stomache-not comfy, but i got thru somehow! couldnt eat anything acidic, but did find that dairy products & cracker/bread type foods helped with keeping the effects minimized!
the important thing to do now is to LISTEN to what your body is telling you-remember all contractions can do something! and thats it can feel like a belt tightening - or sometimes you will just see & not feel them-if they put in an appearance, drinking water & changing position will help-even getting up & walking around to break up their timing is helpful-i managed to stay @ home even having a few contractions & made it to 34 weeks (the docs wouldnt let me go any further period-no choice)-
you can do this! its going to hurt, but its worth it-if your body says slow down, then do! & you will do just fine!
congrats on making it this far! you are doing a fabulous job!
