Hello everyone, I have been so busy and very tired and sore that I haven’t been able to get on here and update you on how our last Dr appt went.

We went in Tuesday (we go in every week now) and the first thing the Dr said was “How is my superstar triplets mom?” Hewas surprised on how well we are doing. Everything looks great! We even got to see Baby B & C try to take breaths of air. The tech told us they practice and you can watch their chest move in and out. That was so neat to see.

The babies grew ! The sizes aren’t exact, but Baby A and Baby B grew a pound a piece, little peanut baby C grew about 3 oz. So they now are A 3#6oz B 3#8oz and peanut C is 2#13oz. The Dr says everything looks great and if I keep up what I am doing we will hopefully go until 35 weeks, which would be Aug 4th or so. So lets hope for close to that date.

I didn’t sleep really at all last night so I better try to take it easy, right now all three are moving around in there! Weird feeling, I am so blessed to be able to feel that. I will update next week as we have another Dr apt. Take care!

I was just about to write a post about triplets and our weekend and something caught my attention…. I looked up and watched a deer jump over our fence and into our front yard. Jenell and Lilly were taking a nap which was too bad- Lilly would have been excited.

I wasn’t sure what to do so I grabbed the digital camera and ran outside. I turned it on and watched as he walked behind the garage. I rushed outside and watched him prance across my front yard. It was picture perfect the sun was setting on the river behind him… I poised the camera and DOHHH it was in standby mode ! As I clicked it back on the deer disappeared in the woods next to my house.

So close. I have seen this deer once before and will keep my eye out for him. It was a site to see him jump over the fence into my yard.

Colby (our trusty hunting retriever and guard dog) led the way down the driveway as we looked for signs of the deer. In the end the closest picture I got of a deer is the shot of Colby below. He looks somewhat like a deer- a little fat baby deer maybe.

Anyways Jenell and the triplets are doing great. I have a feeling we will pass the 32 week mark in 10 days. I’m about to add some more pictures of Lilly to the image gallery.

I’ve mentioned before some triplets groups and websites that I visit often. One of them is TripletConnection.org. It’s a forum where we can post questions. I recently posted the following paragraph below-

How did you feel when you found out “It’s Triplets” ??

We have 14 days left until our predicted delivery date. All girls !

I was just thinking about that life changing moment when I was told “wait a minute………………there is more than 1 baby…..ohh wow…. there are 3 babies ! ”

I was overwhelmed, overjoyed and scared for my babies. Shocked…
My husband said he felt blessed (triple blessed), unworthy, proud, he said he felt better than he imagined he would feel if he won the lottery.

Everyone is so nice to us !

One of my first customers at Netconcepts (whom I’ve never met in person) just sent us a gift card for Target. Thanks again Susan – that was incredibly thoughtful of you AND it will be put to good use.

The timing is great too. Jenell’s triplet group just told her about two coupons for LUVS diapers at target. Size one diapers (86 pack) are on sale at target for $9.99. The coupon is for 3 dollars off AND a buy one get one free. So for 6.99 we get 172 diapers. (you know I have to crunch the numbers !) THAT equals 4 cents per diaper !!! They say 22 cents per diaper is a good price. We are stocking up all we can at that price!

gift, surprise Hide

Thank you so much to Kelly, Dennis and the boys! Today I received a wonderful package in the mail. To my surprise it was a care package for me and Lilly. It had cookies in it, a  book, markers and special paper for Lilly.

What a great surprise, thanks for thinking of us. We appreciate all your nice words and now this package!  Lilly loves to color, I will be sure to send you a picture.

I had a nice surprise during lunch at work on Friday. My coworkers shuffled into the room with cases and cases of diapers and wipes- over 1000 diapers ! It was quite a surprise. Thanks again to everyone at Netconcepts. I couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people to work with ! Everyone has been very nice and supportive.

Jenell said “WOW” when she saw me enter the house with a few cases of these diapers… “this isn’t even half of it!” I said….

Thanks Again– I will hold some of these diapers aside for each one of you to come over and personally change ! 17 days left until triplets
