Bedrest Situation

Thank you everyone for your support. It’s amazing how many people are reading this website and providing comments and suggestions.

These past couple of days have been getting a lot harder. The contractions this weekend really helped to get me more focused.   I want to keep these  precious babies in my tummy as long as I can, so that means resting.  I am on modified bedrest.

No lifting , no driving, I avoid going up and down the stairs etc..

The hardest part for me is the fact that I cant do much with Lilly. She is such a trooper and a big helper.  She loves helping me out with things. I will  continue to post on how I feel.  Please continue to leave comments, its fun for me to read them. I have a Dr  appt again on Thursday a check up and hopefully he will again say everything is good and progressing beautifully!

Well I better be going, I need to lay down and take it easy. 36 Days left !

Hi Jenell,

Sorry to hear about your contractions and discomfort. Just take it as easy as you possibly can and let people help you! We’re thinking about you often and keeping you and the babies in our prayers. Thanks for keeping the blog up to date, its nice to know how things are going for you. Someday this will all be a distant memory…

Take care!

Hi Jenell,

I figured I would leave a message seeing as you said you like to have comments to read. I’m not sure if you even rememeber who I am, but I am Crissy’s (McLeod) cousin Niki. She told me about your blog site and now I’m hooked. I check it all the time to see how everything is going for you. I can’t even imagine having one baby let alone three, so I wish you and your rapidly growing family all the best. It seems like not much more time now, but easy for everyone else to say, every day must feel like an eternity to you. Hope all is well and I look forward to reading more on the progress. Good Luck!

Hi Jenell,

I’ve been checking your website since seeing it posted on SEWMOT. I’m glad to see that you are still hanging in there. I had a 3 year old son while I was pregnant and on strict bedrest with our triplets. It was difficult but here’s an idea! Have your husband set up a little table and chair next to your bed or sofa so that Lilly can sit near you and you can read to her, color or do play-doh together. This way, she wont feel left out and you’ll still be able to have play time with her. Just remember, you are doing great and every day those babies are in you is a blessing. Hang in there. If you ever need to ask questions, SEWMOT is here for you!! Take Care

Hey Jenell. I hope you can rest and get some help over there. I’ve been really worried about you. I’ve tried calling many, many times with no luck but finally got ahold of Kerry. I am glad he got SKYPE now because you will be able to see Josh and I and if you have a cam we can see you and Lilly and the huge family. We miss you. Love holly and josh
